• Snapshot Limited reserves the right to deny the use or membership of its service(s) to any user(s) of the Snapshot Limited System.
• Snapshot Limited will respect the privacy of any personal data and undertakes to comply with the Data Protection legislation currently in use.
• Snapshot Limited agrees to endeavour to maintain the Snapshot Limited system in a fully operational status without errors. As Snapshot Limited cannot guarantee that this will always be the case, it does not accept liability for any defects which may exist, or for any economic losses (including loss of revenues or profits), loss of goodwill or reputation or any special, indirect or consequential losses the Subscriber may suffer arising from their use of the Snapshot Limited System or their inability to access the Snapshot Limited system.
• The Snapshot Limited System may contain links to other websites. Snapshot Limited is unable to take responsibility for the content of such websites.
• Snapshot Limited reserve the right to forward any images posted by it's subscribers (together with their personal details if required) to the police or other regulatory authorities, where requested by them to do so or to a third party where ordered to do so by a court order.
• The Subscriber may not post any photos anywhere on the Snapshot Limited system that contain any offensive language or imagery, or anything which is obscene, pornographic, threatening, harassing or defamatory or any material to which they have no rights.
• The Subscriber is responsible for the content of photos posted on the Snapshot Limited system and agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Snapshot Limited, its directors, employees, agents and any third party information providers to the Snapshot Limited system from and against any or all losses, expenses, damages and costs including legal fees resulting from any violation of these Terms and Conditions, or any activity relating to the Subscribers account by the Subscriber or any person accessing the Snapshot Limited system through the Subscriber's account.
• The subscriber agrees to use the Snapshot Limited system in the manner that is consistent with these Terms and Conditions and in a way that complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• It is the responsibility of the Subscriber to maintain the confidentiality of the logon and password, and the responsibility for the use of it. The Subscriber must inform Snapshot Limited immediately on susipicion that the password is no longer known solely to the Subscriber and Snapshot Limited.
• These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time. Snapshot Limited will inform Subscribers of any such changes by drawing the Subscribers attention to such changes to the Snapshot Limited system.
