The Eventphotos free trial offer includes the following

1. No Registration Fee. ( Normally €99.00 )

2. 500 personalized Free promotional cards ( for distribution at events )

3. Free Domain Registration for 12 months ( if you don't already have one )

4. 5 weeks Subscription free use of the system.

To participate in the free trial offer.  Register your details below and you will receive our information pack in the post.  This information pack contains a standing order for our monthly registration fee ( €49 + vat ).  Complete and sign the standing order and post date by 5 weeks.  Once Eventphotos receive your completed standing order, we will order your 500 complimentary Promotional cards.  These will be delivered to you in approximately 10 days.

Once you register, Eventphotos will generate a complete e-commerce enabled website for you which is linked to a merchant account for online credit card processing.  You will be brought to the home page of this website, after you submit this form.  This website includes simple to use web management tools which means that you can change the content of any page or add new pages quickly without contacting any third parties.  Consequently, these sites are seen as Zero maintenance. You have a choice of using the Eventphotos generated site as your primary website or you can use your existing  website and link to your eventphotos website which then becomes an extension to your own site specifically for online proofing of photos, frames and gifts.  As your eventphotos website is easily customized, you can easily give it the look and feel of your own website so that your 'website extension' blends seamlessly.

If you do not have a domain already and you want to use the your Eventphotos site as your primary site, we will register a suitable domain name for you ( you choose it! ) and we will also have access to our email server which will gives you 30MB of email space which is virus and spam protected.  We will pay for domain registration for the first 12 months.

If you are not satisfied with the system, you can contact us anytime up to one week before the date the standing Order is due and we will not set it up.  Your trial will have cost you nothing.  However, we expect that you will discover an extra revenue stream that can give you additional income of up to €1000 per month - for the investment of about 5 minutes at each event and about 5 minutes after each event ( to load photos onto system which is extremely straightforward ). If we do not hear from you , we will set up the standing order. You can of course cancel your standing order anytime afterwards.  One month is the minimum subscription period i.e. there are no refunds if you cancel before the end of a one month period.

Eventphotos deduct a 10% commission from the value of the total sales that are put through the merchant account i.e. paid for by credit card using the eventphotos system.  There is no restriction on customers contacting you directly after seeing the photos on your website in which case no commission is paid to Eventphotos. In our experience, so far, about 50% of the customers will contact you directly so that the net commission you pay from online sales is about 5% of total sales.
